Roommate Needed in Lawrence, Kansas

I would like a clean, easy going, fun person to live with... Legend's Place Apartments.. 370/month plus utilities.. I'm a neat freak.. Please be dedicated to your studies, go to bed at a decent hour (before midnight preferred), social, non-smoker, social drinker, etc.. No pets if possible.. Small dogs are ok, but will have to pay through apartment complex!Do I sound desperate.. Just don't want to be with a random drunk druggie!
